Club Penguin Rules

Post

Club Penguin has rules that all penguins have to follow on the island to make it a safer place for everyone! If you already own a Club Penguin account, or you are planning to make one, it’s important for you to follow the following rules, while you play Club Penguin.

NO INAPPROPRIATE WORDS: Penguins shouldn’t use an inappropriate word, or an inappropriate sentence. This means no talking about alcohol, drugs, sex, racism, and no swearing to other penguins. Swearing to other penguins is also known as “verbal bullying”, and once you write something inappropriate, you’ll automatically get kicked out of the server, and you’ll be given a ban. The time period for your ban depends on the severity of the inappropriate word that you used.

You should also respect other penguins on the island, since it is known as “cyber bullying” if you disrespect someone by using strong, rude verbal language against them. Just remember that you should treat people the way to you want to be treated.

NO CHEATING: As you may know, there are cheat websites, where you could get any puffle you want, or any item that you desired to obtain. However, those are “cheats”, and you will get banned for using them. The cheat websites aren’t affiliated with Club Penguin, so you’ll be using a 3rd party program to obtain items/furniture, which is against the Club Penguin rules.

NO PERSONAL INFORMATION: I’m sure that there will be players, who ask personal information (where you live, how old you are, what school you go to). Do not give information to ANYONE, since it will get you banned for sharing personal information. Even if you are sharing personal information with someone you know, the system will not know that, so you would still be banned for it. Also, don’t share your penguin’s password, since people could go into your account!
